Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms govern bookings made through this website. The service provider is X-STREAM Kft., registered seat: 1088 Budapest, József krt. 2., Hungary, represented by Erik Temesvári (hereinafter "the Operator"). The guest making the booking (hereinafter "the Guest") accepts these Terms by submitting a booking request.

2. Service

The Operator rents the whole basement venue (private hire) of one of the Former Pub locations in Budapest for the dates selected by the Guest, exclusively for private events such as stag parties.

3. Pricing & minimum stay

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights.
  • 2 nights: €2,000
  • 3 nights: €2,500
  • Each additional night: +€500
  • GBP prices are converted at the daily ECB reference rate at the time of booking.

4. Deposit & payment

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is payable by bank transfer within 3 days of the booking request. The remaining 80% is payable in cash or by card on arrival, before the start of the event. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

5. Guest obligations

  • Provide truthful contact details and guest count.
  • Comply with house rules and Hungarian law on the premises.
  • Reimburse any damage caused by the Guest or members of the group beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Respect the agreed maximum number of guests for the venue.

6. Liability

The Operator is not liable for personal belongings left on the premises, for indirect damages, or for events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall be settled by the courts competent at the seat of the Operator.
