2. Data we collect

• Full name, email address, phone number, postal address.
• Booking details (venue, dates, number of guests, notes).
• Payment-related data (bank transfer reference).
• Technical data (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

3. Purposes & legal basis

• Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your booking, issuing the invoice, communication.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): tax and accounting records under Hungarian law.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): preventing fraud, securing the website.

4. Retention

Booking and invoice data are retained for 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law. Other data are deleted once they are no longer needed for the original purpose.

5. Recipients

Personal data are accessed only by the Operator's staff and by processors strictly necessary to deliver the service (hosting, email, payment processing, accounting). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Your rights
